Why self-paced book studies?

The tween and teen years are sometimes referred to as the wet cement years. This is a time to slowly release the control we have over our learner's education, and while supporting them when needed. This study includes vocabulary, comprehension questions, and video discussion support, as well as interactive Nearpod lessons for learners to explore the genre and character development in the book.
