In this iMovie video editing course, you will learn editing techniques within iMovie. You'll learn the following techniques:

• Add video clips & images from the photos apps.
• How to trim clips, split clips, and cut clips
• Using transitions
• Speeding up or slowing video clips
• Adding your own audio files
• Video Overlays such as green screen, split screen, etc.,
• How to export a completed movie into a video file

Those are just some of the topics that you will learn. I can also customize the lessons that will fit with your level.

My class is structured as a creative and collaborative environment and I want my students to be involved. During the course you will be able to ask questions and interact with me. You will also be editing your own video during the lesson. The lessons will take place on Zoom.

No prior editing experience is required. I welcome students that are starting their journey into video editing and students that need help with understanding an editing technique. Students can use iMovie on an iPad/iPhone or even a Mac computer for the lesson.
