Description
If you're looking for accountability during Inktober, the Inktober Anime and Manga Art Extravaganza has got your back: we meet once a week to chat, share our week's drawings, and help inspire each other!
In this amazing student-directed class, we will meet once a week for fun socializing (and accountability) during Inktober: we meet to chat, share our week's drawings, and help inspire each other! This class is for any and all types of artists (just remember that somehow in the drawing we're supposed to use ink!). To make it more official, I will be using this year's Inktober prompts to guide us throughout the week. During class time, we'll start by sharing the drawings we've done since our last class (please choose your top 1-2 per day so that other learners can share their drawings; if there's extra time then you can share all of them), then we'll chat about the day's theme and work on our drawing for the day. Time permitting, we'll share our finished work of art at the end of class.
Most if not all days I will upload what I drew for the day, and also a video showing the process in which I drew my picture.
Schedule:
Week of October 1st - anime
Week of October 6th - manga
Week of October 13th - anime
Week of October 20th - manga

In case any of the learners are unsure about what the words above mean/how to implement them in their artwork, I can help them out with ideas/explanation during class time. Please refer to the classroom for the anime/manga theme for the day plus the Inktober theme (again, I am pending the official Inktober website to add those).
