Weekly after school space for gamers to play in a common Core! Work together to design, progress, explore, adventure, fish, farm, mine and craft in this video game. If you like Terraria, Starbound, Stardew Valley, and Minecraft, you're going to love Core Keeper!

Learners will:

•  Play together (up to 7!) in a teacher-hosted cooperative world
• Choose their own specialty and role 
• Custom create their own character using stats, perks, and appearances
• Strategize to achieve game goals
• Share progress, tips, tricks and questions with others 
• Use teamwork - often in separate but complementary roles
• Work cooperatively for the greater good

The bulk of class will be learners playing the game together, but may also include learner-led conversations on all aspects of the game: exploration, gardening, mining, foraging, crafting, building, combat, and boss fights.
