  Any Mastering Math: Virtual Gaming Club is a great space for learners to develop their skills, build confidence, master concepts and make new friends in a stress free and supportive environment. Our club meetings are facilitated by experienced educators who are passionate about making math accessible and enjoyable for all children. 

  We're inviting all youth, ages 9-14, to join us once a week for an engaging math club that will peak your curiosity and encourage you to think differently about numbers. We'll help you navigate the world of mathematics through games, trivia, puzzles, and lots of laughter! 

  Each month we will play a different game using specific math concepts to pass the levels. Each week we will play a different level (or round) of that month's game. This is going to be way more fun than completing a worksheet.

Learning Goals

Students will learn to multiply and divide multi-digit whole numbers. 

  Multiplication (2-digit, 3-digit & 4-digit numbers)

  Division (2-digit, 3-digit, & 4-digit numbers) (with and without remainders)

Enrollment Restrictions

  Class Minimum = 3       Class Maximum = 6

  LOCATION: We, currently, utilize ZOOM for our virtual classroom meetings.

Important Disclaimer

  Our math game sessions are highly interactive and (sometimes) competitive. Participants will have a chance to compete against each other, the instructor or the game. Not all students will win. It is important that they are able to exhibit good sportsmanship regardless if they win or lose.

  Additionally, this class is designed for teaching and practicing the math concepts mentioned and mastering them further. The instructor will help students along by giving tips, introducing them to new methods of solving and encouraging them to ask questions. However, we only meet for 40 minutes once a week and some students may need more time to work with a certain math concept or method before they fully grasp it.
