Our bilingual reading tutoring classes are specifically designed to support multilingual students develop strong foundational reading skills using evidence-based practices rooted in the Science of Reading. These classes integrate literacy strategies that focus on phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and reading comprehension, ensuring a solid foundation in students' native languages and English.

Through personalized, interactive classes, students will engage in activities that promote foundational reading skills and enhance language proficiency in English and any of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, French, Arabic, Haitian Creole, Burmese, Jamaican Creole, Tagalog, Afrikaans, Swahili, Russian, Portuguese, or Yoruba. Our certified, bilingual teachers tailor their instruction to each student’s language proficiency and literacy levels, ensuring a high-quality learning experience that supports their language and academic growth.

By aligning our reading tutoring classes with the Science of Reading, students develop the cognitive skills necessary to  read successfully in both their native language and English. Whether your learner is an emerging reader or hoping to continue building upon strong reading skills, these classes will help them develop a solid foundation in the reading skills necessary for academic success, and lifelong literacy.
