My company was established in April 2021. I noticed many students in my community lacked access to biotechnology courses. I started teaching bacterial transformation, protein purification and analysis at my dining room table.
I was accepted in to the Frederick Innovative Technology Center (FITCI) in May of 2023. This has allowed me to increase access to science courses to the community in professional lab spaces. Our courses often sell out and we've expanded to remote courses this fall 2024.
I am passionately committed to science education and making it fun for all, not just higher achieving seniors in high school. With 15 years of experience as a professor and a homeschool mom myself, I am able to inspire a love for science, not just memorizing random facts about nature.
Taught by a college professor, this class will make science fun again by teaching forensic concepts with fun hands on labs and interesting lectures. Â
