Hi! My name is Ms. Jackie!
I am a certified music educator. I have taught music in public schools for 11 years and private music lessons for 16 years. I received my M.A. in Music & Music Education from Teachers College, Columbia University and B.M. in Music Education from Ithaca College.
My specialty is teaching early childhood music classes and beginning instrumental music lessons.
My goal is to make music learning engaging, joyful, and frustration-free!
I teach private music lessons for complete beginners, intermediate players, or advanced players who are looking to develop new skills and further their technique.
Students will learn about music and music theory, how to sing, listen to music, move to music and learn about musical instruments and sound in this fun, engaging class.

In this ongoing intermediate ukulele club we will continue to develop our ukulele technique and learn a new songs. We will have lots of fun singing & playing ukulele together as a group! A great way to build your song repertoire.

A one-time group class perfect for young beginners who wish to try the ukulele. We will have fun learning the basics of this instrument and how to play our first chord and our first song in this introductory class!
