Are you eager to learn how to draw Anime digital portraits? Want to master proportions, shading, and highlighting techniques in Procreate? If so, this camp is perfect for you! Dive into a fun and engaging experience where we create digital Anime characters in our unique styles. 

In this camp, students will vote on which Anime portraits to draw each day from a variety of options. Many of the artworks are sourced from Instagram and Pinterest, with credit given to each artist. Students can interact with each other and the instructor throughout the class, sharing their art at the beginning and during sessions. 

On the first day, we'll start with introductions to help everyone get acquainted. Then, I will mirror my screen on Zoom and provide step-by-step instructions for creating your own digital character drawings. Students are encouraged to be creative and develop their own original digital paintings. If preferred, they can trace the portraits, which will be posted in the classroom once selected.

Throughout this five-day camp, students will learn about the following techniques and functions:

- Drawing Assist

- Layers

- Clipping Masks

- Blending Modes

- Blending Techniques

- Various Brushes

- Magic Wand Tool

Here is a tentative schedule, subject to change based on the pace of the students:

**Day 1:** Introductions and begin sketch/lineart for the first character drawing  

**Day 2:** Color the first character and start sketch/lineart for the second character  

**Day 3:** Finish lineart for the second portrait and start coloring  

**Day 4:** Start sketch/lineart for the third portrait  

**Day 5:** Color the third portrait and share artworks  

Students should have a basic understanding of Procreate for the iPad, including familiarity with its functions. Consider taking my ongoing classes or beginner Procreate classes prior to enrolling in this camp. However, all students are welcome, and I always meet learners at their current level of experience. I am a laid-back, passionate, patient, friendly, and encouraging teacher, excited to meet you!
