Welcome to "Fantasy Factory," a thrilling adventure into the world of creative writing designed for kids aged 8-12. 

If your child is ready to unleash their imagination and craft captivating stories, this is the place to be!

In this interactive and engaging class, your kids will dive deep into the writing process, discovering the joy of transforming their thoughts into enchanting tales. Through fun, hands-on activities, they’ll learn the basics of sentence writing, mastering how to construct clear sentences—the very foundation of every great story. But that’s just the beginning! We’ll unlock the magical power of adjectives, teaching your kids how to sprinkle their writing with descriptive words that paint vivid pictures and bring their stories to life. 

Imagine their excitement as they create “sparkling” castles and “big” adventures with just a few well-chosen words. 

Throughout the class, students will have the chance to express their creativity, share their stories with peers, and receive supportive feedback from our expert instructors. It’s all about creating a positive, encouraging environment where their creativity can truly soar!

Each student will keep a writing journal for their ideas and drafts. We’ll kick off every class with a pre-writing activity, then move on to drafting sentences that will help build their stories. They’ll get to share these sentences with the class—or just with the teacher if they prefer—and receive valuable feedback for revisions.

After class, students will revise their drafts and submit them for editing assistance. We encourage them to publish their work in any format they choose, completing the writing process and celebrating their achievements.
