Description
Join us twice a week as we learn math concepts on a fourth grade level and play a review game.
CLASS EXPERIENCE:

Week One (9/11 & 11/7) addition with carrying to the thousands place
Week Two (9/18 & 11/14) place value, comparing multi-digit numbers, deciding the value of each number
Week Three (9/25 & 11/28) expanded form, number value, numbers in word form
Week Four (10/2 & 12/5) subtraction with borrowing to hundreds place
Week Five (10/9 & 12/12) subtraction with borrowing to thousands place
Week Six (10/16 & 12/19) Roman numerals
Week Seven (10/23 & 1/2) multiplication of two digit times one digit numbers
Week Eight (10/30 & 1/9) division review of all facts
Week Nine (11/6 & 1/16) long division (two or three digit numbers divided by one digit number
Week Ten (11/13 & 1/23) division with remainder
Week Eleven (11/27 & 1/30) common factors in multiplication; division with remainder
Week Twelve (12/4 & 2/6) prime numbers
Week Thirteen (12/11 & 2/13) geometry (area, perimeter, parallel and perpendicular)
