This class meets Tuesdays from 11:45 to 1:00 EST. It began in August and concludes in May 2025. Students wishing to join mid-year can do so after an evaluation confirms that the class is a good fit for them.Students can expect independent work to take about 3 hours each week.

Description
This course has a focus on francophone literature, and assumes competence in the present, passé composé, and imparfait tenses. Grammar topics include a review of past and future tenses, and introduction of conditional, plus-que-parfait, past conditional, and subjunctive mood. Grammar will be taught contextually, with the majority of the class conducted in French. Students will engage in spontaneous conversation about literature, French music, daily life, and more. The class meets on zoom and is capped at 8 students. Classes are recorded so that students can review as needed. This class is taught by Global Goose Languages owner, Summer Osborn.
