✏️ Class Materials
→ During the first week of classes, students will be provided with a few printable materials that they will need to either laminate or put in sheet protectors so they can use them during every session of the class. This will include a "Map-It Mat" and a "Dictation Mat". Students will also need a dry-erase marker each day for class.
→ Each lesson will include printable packets for all material covered in that lesson. You are welcome to print these pages for your learner to do at home, but it is not required. Students are encouraged to bring the letter/number tracing/writing pages and the math worksheets to class with them so that we can do these together during class. If you do not have access to a printer, it's no problem at all. We will cover the same materials on the screen during class. [Side-note: If your learner has taken any of my preschool classes, you may have printed some of these materials before. Do not feel obligated to print the entire packet!]
⭐ Important Notes for Parents
- This class will run September 9, 2024 - May 22, 2025. Students are welcome to join at any time. You will not be charged for any meetings that occurred prior to your enrollment.
- We love to celebrate birthdays in our class, so please let me know if your kiddo has a birthday coming up!
- Please do not stress about getting your child to sit still for this class. We will be singing, dancing, and moving around plenty! And if they need to be moving around the entire class, it won’t bother me a bit!
- Parents are welcome to sit nearby! [Outschool Policy states that parents should remain off camera, but parents are welcome to sit nearby to check out the class, help your child with computer tasks/issues, etc.]
- If your kiddo is having an especially bad day, please send me a message to let me know they need a little extra love that day. You don't have to give me any details, just a quick note. I'll keep an eye on them during class and try to turn their day around.
- All learners in the listed age-range are welcome in my classroom. Please let me know if any special accommodations are required for your child.
- Use COUPON CODE: BAILEYKINDER20 to get $20 OFF!
- If you are new to Outschool, use COUPON CODE MARYBAI20 for an extra $20 to put toward your first class!
