This website has subscription so anyone can learn Russian language independently using slides, videos and quizzes. Monthly subscription is $120. The weekly lesson is on Zoom with an instructor, fall schedule will be set up soon.

Hello, I am Ms Alla, a native Russian speaker  offering your child a Russian language class.

I am a certified veteran teacher with 30 years of teaching experience in multiple countries.  Currently I am teaching high school math in Maryland but before I taught English in Russia and Central America.  

I will teach how to speak, read and write Russian. We will watch short cartoons, videos and movies and translate together. We will keep long discussions about culture, geography and history of Russia. 

I have curriculum for all levels and it has been working for newbies and experienced learners. Each lesson includes a PowerPoint presentation, complete with images and videos to enhance the learning experience. I play multiple games and use interactive websites such as Nearpod, Kahoot, Gimkit, etc.

-Use adjectives in order to describe people, places, and things

-Discuss interests and hobbies

-Use common verbs in the present  tense
