Description
Did you know your brain is actually not wired for joy and happiness? Your brain is wired for survival. That means in order to achieve things like joy and happiness you have to do something intentional. You have to intentionally train your brain to want the experiences of joy and peace, because your brain doesn't naturally do that.
"Positive Psychology" is not about faking a smile 24/7. It’s about understanding ourselves and boosting our well-being. It's not just for folks dealing with heavy stuff—it's for anyone who wants to upgrade from “I’m okay" to “I’ve got this!”

Let's embark on a journey of self-discovery. This class is designed to be fun and interactive. Using multimedia activities and games, we will explore the fascinating new field of positive psychology. Together, we will craft our own toolkits to unlock a more fulfilling life.
Neurodivergency Specializations and Accommodations
This class is geared toward learners of all types, and is well suited for students with ADHD and anxiety.
The course is designed to be low anxiety, with participation gently encouraged but not forced. We include many learning modalities, to keep our ADHD students engaged. Students will to begin to build their own toolkit of resilience strategies, which can be helpful for many neurodivergencies.
