Adulting University

At Adulting University, our mission is to empower homeschool teens with the essential life skills, career exploration tools, and readiness strategies they need to transition confidently into adulthood. Founded by Traci Bakenhaster, a passionate and experienced educator, Adulting University provides a values-based curriculum designed to guide teens in discovering their unique strengths, navigating the complexities of life, and making informed decisions about their future. 

With a focus on practical, real-world applications, and a fun gamified approach, we offer a range of programs that support both students and parents through this critical stage of development. Whether it's mastering effective communication, understanding financial literacy, or exploring potential career paths, our courses are crafted to ensure every teen is equipped for success.

At Adulting University, we support teens through four ways:

• Live Taught Courses in Fall & Spring
• Self-paced curriculum and digital resources
• Coaching through our Pocket Guidance Counselor program, or in a 1-1 setting
• Parent coaching and support through our programs
