Laura Petrusic is an instructional designer, professionally certified science teacher, and published children's author. A solid foundation of professional development and education has paved the way for her career as a learning designer. She holds an undergraduate degree in marine science and a master’s degree in science education. Her goal is to captivate and guide learners through engaging and effective instruction.
Laura has experience in learning design in various settings catering to all age groups. She firmly believes that integrated and student-centered learning enables individuals to generate connections with the content in a way that is relevant to their lives.
Currently residing in Lake Mary, Florida, Laura enjoys beachcombing and camping adventures with her family when she's not immersed in designing learning experiences.
