The Teacher's Life
I have worked with children of all ages on the Outschool platform since 2020. I have been teaching since 1986 and teaching is my passion. I have previously worked in Early Learning Centers, private schools, and homeschooling coops, and homeschooled our daughter through eighth grade. I also ran an in-home preschool and homeschooled others for about 5 years.
I offer a range of classes from preschool to fifth grade. I offer full-curriculum classes with resources provided for preschool/Pre-K, kindergarten, first grade, second grade, and now offering third grade.
I offer bug and insect classes, geography classes where we learn about the 50 states and their territories, and a habitat class. I offer early reading classes, sight word classes, and private tutoring available upon request.
I also offer a range of book clubs. Including Roald Dahl, Amelia Bedelia, The Sisters Grimm, and many more!
