Welcome and thank you for visiting All Together Learning Academy- with Amber. I am excited to offer online learning. I have seventeen years of teaching experience in the public schools and online teaching. I am certified in grades kindergarten through sixth grade with an emphasis in Special Education.
I have experience in teaching all core classes and can support students with reading comprehension, decoding to read words, writing organization, and math skills just to name a few. Currently, I am offering online tutoring classes and group reading & writing classes. My lessons include visual models and manipulatives to engage students with learning in a concrete way. I also use graphic organizers and innovative teaching styles and strategies to support reading comprehension, writing and vocabulary concepts. I am patient and very enthusiastic.

In my online tutoring class I create a specific lesson to your learner’s academic needs. I use research-based strategies to teach reading comprehension, essay writing skills, and math such as fractions or multiplication just to name a few. (on Zoom)

This is an on going class that meets once a week to practice, BOTH, a common reading comprehension skill and then we use that same skill and brainstorm on an organizer to plan to write a short essay. Perfect for preparing for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade.
