This course is offered on Wednesdays from 11:45-1:00 EST. It began in August and concludes in May 2025. Students can expect 3 hours of independent work each week. Classes meet on zoom and are recorded so that students can review as needed.

This course is conducted in French and assumes mastery of present, past, future, and conditional tenses. Subjunctive mood will also be reviewed in depth. Students will read and discuss literature and engage in spontaneous conversation about the literature, French music, daily life, cultural comparison, and more. Grammar instruction and review is included but is not the focus of the course.
