Often referred to as the Dark Ages, the Middle Ages was far from a period of lost time. In fact, significant developments following the Fall of Rome laid the groundwork for the Renaissance. Join us as we explore this often misunderstood and intriguing era in world history. Together, we’ll illuminate topics such as the early Church, nation-building, the Age of Chivalry, and much more. Assignments will emphasize primary sources to enrich our understanding alongside the textbook.
