College and Career Readiness is essential to the process of completing the secondary level of education with a sense of awareness of what to expect in the next chapter. NOT a "college for all" focus, but essential skills for all pathways.

Skill development for communication and leadership to prepare for the pathway of life, no matter what the career or pursuit. Learn email etiquette, public speaking/presentation, and professional communication concepts.

In this course, students will learn the essential elements of how our habits define our character and develop our leadership potential. We'll use the 7 Habits as a foundation with additional elements that help develop a growth mindset.

Setting goals is more effective when you understand how to make them SMART. Learn how to make a goal that sticks!

Learn about the basics of starting a business no matter what age. We'll be using the Shark Tank TV show as a basic model to consider investment and valuation. Students will develop a business model and learn how to do a SWOT analysis.
