Hey hey! I'm Jenna Nicole, homeschool (soon-to-be worldschool!) mom of two, and math enthusiast. It’s been 7 years since my first math student looked at me with wonder and shouted, “Ohhhh! NOW I GET IT! I’m not bad at math, it just didn’t make sense to me” - and I’ve been hooked ever since. 

I’ve always loved learning, teaching and education. I’ve spent many years in the education space doing everything from ESL to being an Educational Assistant in a daycare. But when I was introduced to multisensory math teaching - something in my soul was lit on fire!

The last 7 years have been exclusively dedicated to teaching and tutoring math of all ages, grades and abilities. Working with the full scope of the math curriculum from preK to grade 12 has given me a unique perspective of how all pieces fit together. If a student is struggling with a topic in grade 8, there's a good chance it's because a foundational piece from early elementary is missing. It all goes together. The stronger the foundation, the stronger the whole math... house! (Or skyscraper, or rocket ship, or whatever cool thing you wanna build with math). That's why I'm all about filling those gaps and making sure every brick in that foundation is solid. It's not just about passing tests, it's about building a math mindset that'll serve you for life. And trust me, once those foundational pieces click, it's like watching dominoes fall... suddenly everything starts making sense!

If you can't tell already - I'm not just another online math instructor. My online math courses aren't about rushing through hundreds of outcomes and memorizing. They're about finding a student's unique math style, unlocking the wonder of patterns and connections, building critical thinking skills, and making math actually make sense (and maybe even fun!).

I truly believe that children are OUR future. They will be faced with solving problems that have never existed before. To do that - they should be equipped with the best critical thinking and problem solving skills possible. Guess what? Math is the best brain exercise for that.
