This course will delve into these key areas, along with the history and philosophy of criminal justice. Students will investigate the nature and extent of crime in the U.S., examining its impacts and consequences. Given that the unbiased application of the rule of law is crucial for achieving true justice, we will analyze the development, concepts, and functions of law within the criminal justice system.
