Description

In the self-paced version (instructor-paced version also available) of this course there are no due dates, but optional pacing guides are provided. Each video lesson includes an exercise that students grade themselves (guided by video). Quizzes, tests, and essays are graded by the instructor and include detailed feedback. Students who score lower than 85% on a quiz, test, or essay are required to make revisions until mastery is achieved. Students may ask questions in the comments section of all assignments and assessments.

There are three levels of this course, and students take a placement test to determine course placement. Students sign up for one level at a time, and each level will take most students one school year (working three days per week for about 30 minutes a day) although students may work at an accelerated pace and finish each level in about one semester.
