This course provides a foundational framework for developing composition skills essential across academic disciplines. It is ideal for students who are new to formal writing instruction or those seeking to strengthen their mastery of foundational composition techniques. Starting with the basics of strong paragraph construction, students will advance to crafting essays for a variety of purposes. They will receive guided support through each stage of the writing process, from brainstorming and outlining to producing polished final drafts. Additionally, weekly practice with Jensen’s Punctuation will enhance their editing abilities.
