Students can complete self-paced courses on their own schedule! I am available between 9:00am and 5:30pm during the week days to provide support. 

Throughout this course, students will delve into the enchanting world of Harry Potter by creating recipes inspired by the delicious treats and foods mentioned in the book series. From the famous Treacle Tart to whimsical Sorting Hat Cupcakes, Knickerbocker Glories, and even snacks resembling objects from the magical realm, the culinary journey will be as tasty as it is imaginative.

This course is structured into five engaging lessons, each featuring two distinct recipes accompanied by instructional videos. If you opt to pay for this class on a week-by-week basis, you will see one lesson per week.  For each lesson, you'll find two comprehensive documents detailing the ingredients required, necessary kitchen materials, and step-by-step written instructions. Additionally, video demonstrations will guide you though the recipes by clarifying techniques and narrating my actions as I go. Students can enjoy the flexibility to prepare one or both recipes at their convenience throughout the week. Students enrolled in this course as self-paced are welcome to send me pictures of their finished products!

This Harry Potter baking class is for older students, and it will involve using an oven, knives, and ingredients that require proper handling and hygiene (eg. uncooked eggs). If your learner is young or needs a lot of assistance in the kitchen, this course may be a bit of a time commitment for parents.
