The course begins with a history of the space program, focusing on the space race with the Soviet Union. The latter half covers the science of orbits and propulsion, as well as current technological advancements like nanotechnology, robotics, and the commercialization of space. Class time will be collaborative, with students working closely in small groups. Be ready to engage and collaborate with your peers!
